By using the RunDynamics mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

User-Generated Content
a. Ownership: You retain ownership of the Content you upload to the App. By sharing Content, you grant RunDynamics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.
b. Prohibited Content: You shall not upload any Content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.

In no event shall RunDynamics be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

Termination
RunDynamics reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Croatia.
